Trustpilot statement

Because we believe that Trustpilot does not publish verifiably positive reviews, but does publish false reviews, we have decided not to have anything to do with Trustpilot. Oclockshop.de does not give permission to publish anything on the Trustpilot website. There is no cooperation whatsoever.

Despite our repeated requests to delete our account, which was created automatically and without permission, it remains.

We have now experienced Trustpilot's business or revenue model as very dubious.

On Trustpilot, a company can only respond to (false) reviews if you pay at least 139 euros per month for a subscription, and it turns out that anyone who wants to write maliciously can still do so.

There is no control whatsoever over the publication of the most shocking untruths, messages that come from another company or from people who have not bought anything from us.

The result is that certain guys go all out and our score (ranking) is therefore low. And that is apparently what Trustpilot is all about.

Trustpilot cannot be reached by phone and online reporting of false reviews is consistently rejected after many requests and weeks, sometimes months of waiting, with the reasoning: "It doesn't harm our policy, so it stays online."

It has become clear to us that Trustpilot does not value a good name and reputation.

In our opinion, Trustpilot gives every idiot with a keyboard a platform. They don't care that it comes at the expense of well-meaning companies.
