How do you make your choice in the webshop?
Our homepage always shows a number of O clock watches that you can click/press for more information or to order. You can choose from the various O clock collections using menus at the top and bottom of each page. You will then be taken to the selected department. Here you will find all O clock watches and individually available straps as well as the various movements clearly laid out with a photo, description and price. If you click or press on or near the image of the O Clock product, you will receive further information and can put the watch in your shopping basket. You can also add your selection to the "Favorites" section. This is where your selected O clock watches will be reserved. This means you can find them again at any time without having to search again. You also always have the choice of continuing to shop or going to the checkout.

Paying for your order
You can find your orders in your shopping basket. If you click/press the "Pay" button, you will be taken to the overview page. There you will find your complete order including shipping costs. The sales tax is also shown separately here (19%, or 20% for Austria). If all the information is correct, click/press the "Order securely" button and thereby establish a connection with our order department. Since Santu handles our payments, you will see the Santu logo on this page, among other things. You must then select a payment method. There are 4 ways to pay: by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal or bank transfer. Finally, enter the required information under "Order address". You can also have your order delivered to a different address. In this case, click/press the relevant box to enter a different address.

If your shipment is lost during transport, we will replace 100 percent of the contents and send your order again free of charge.

Orders over € 99 are sent free of charge.

Shipping to Switzerland
We can send orders for Switzerland free of VAT. Please note that VAT and import duties may be charged upon delivery.

VAT
All prices stated in the webshop include 19% VAT. This amount is listed separately when you place your order.

Delivery time
When we receive your payment, we will ship your order immediately.* Your order will be delivered by DHL or Deutsche Post + PostNL. If you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal, your order will be shipped the same day.* If you pay by bank transfer in advance, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days later.

If your order is (partially) out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email. We regularly receive new stocks and orders and will deliver to you as quickly as possible.

Order confirmation
Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation for your order by email.

Invoice
We will send your order together with a clear invoice.

Guarantee
We give a 1 year guarantee on your O clock movement and 6 months on the straps. Excluded from the guarantee for watches: case, crown knob, hands, glass, incorrect use. For straps: damage/tear around the hole on the movement button. If you want to make a claim under the guarantee, please notify us in advance, preferably by email. After consultation and agreement, send the items in question well packaged and with sufficient postage to the address provided here. State to us in writing the reasons why you want to make a claim under the guarantee and enclose the invoice/delivery note. We cannot accept liability for watches/straps that are lost or arrive damaged.

Exchange/return
You can exchange your purchase within fourteen days, but you must notify us of this in writing by email or letter. To do so, send your product unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice and with sufficient postage to the address provided here. We cannot accept liability for watches/straps that are lost or arrive damaged. You can then make another choice, possibly with additional payment or refund, or you can get your purchase amount back.

What bracelet size do I need?
You can easily choose the size of the O clock bracelet yourself. The sizes are Small - 16cm. Medium - 18 cm. and Large - 20 cm. These  measurements are the circumference of the inside of the bracelet. Take another item that you wear comfortably on your wrist, for example a bracelet. Check the length by measuring it. The result is your size! So you get a length of 16 cm. then your size Small is - 16 cm. 18cm.? Then your size Medium is - 18 cm. etc. You can also measure with a piece of rope or something similar. Of course, it is your preference how tight or loose you want to wear the bracelet. If you like it a little looser, choose a size larger.

How do you remove the watch from the strap?


Always gradually push the watch out of the band from behind.
